PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the setting of a scanning condition considering a time resolution of a practical image data corresponding to a heartbeat rate of an examinee when helical scan is performed together with an electrocardiographic synchronous reconstruction method. PSOLUTION: The subject X-ray computerized tomograph for scanning the examinee by helical scan and reconstructing the image data by the electrocardiographic synchronous reconstruction method based on the obtained data is equipped with an input tool 39 for setting a helical pitch regarding the helical scan together with a scan speed, a time resolution generating part 41 for specifying the time resolution of the image data based on the set helical pitch, the scan speed and the heartbeat rate of the examinee, a scan expert system 43 for constituting a scan planning screen containing the set helical pitch, the set scan speed and the specified time resolution, and a display 38 for displaying the scan planning screen.
