DNA ARRAY AND METHOD FOR ANALYSIS OF GENE EXPRESSION OF BREWING YEAST

To provide a gene expression analysis method that can be satisfactorily used to control the brewer's yeast fermentation process without requiring previous acquisition of brewer's yeast genomic sequence data, as well as a DNA array used in the gene expression analysis method. In order to achieve this object there is provided a DNA array comprising plasmids containing genomic DNA fragments of brewer's yeast bound onto a plurality of spots on a substrate.
