Adapters (10,110,210) for oscillating bone saws and bone drills can convert the output motion of the bone saws (12) and the bone drills (250), for example converting the oscillating motion of bone saws to a modified oscillating motion or to an orbital motion, and converting rotational motion of bone drills to an orbital motion.
