Device has central frame (13) which is connected to both sides by at least a flexible band (20,21) with the respective vehicle part (2,3). The central frame is connected with vehicle part by a stress- resistant spring mechanism. The bellows element of a bellow (10) is divided by a central frame, whereas the bellow is arranged between two vehicle parts connected in a hinge manner with each other.
