A system for quickly constructing 3D geometric model of a lumen in human organ includes: an information acquiring device (10), for acquiring spatial position information of the organ surface; an information processing device (20), for processing the spatial position information acquired by the information acquiring device (10), and thus detecting the position or range in which the lumen is located; and a geometric model constructing device (30), for constructing the 3D geometric model of the lumen surface based on the position or range in which the lumen is located.
