System for studying the use of parking spaces and real-time management of such parking spaces

The system has a remote transmitter/receiver (R) and centralized informatic unit (U) for respectively receiving and processing identifiers, information and parameters from sensors (C) with wireless transmitter/receiver. Identifiers e.g. radio frequency transmitter/receiver tag, are installed in vehicles (V) and authorized on parking places (E). Each identifier comprises authorization information e.g. vehicle serial number, and is associated to a wireless transmission unit. Each sensor receives the information and transmits the information to a centralized transmitter/receiver and the unit.
