A method of analyzing organism components comprises a step of disposing, on the skin of a test subject, an extracted medium holding part capable of holding an extracted medium of a predetermined quantity for holding the materials extracted from the test subject, a step of feeding the extracted medium stored in a liquid storage part in which the extracted medium of a quantity approximately equal to the predetermined amount is stored to the extracted medium holding part, a step of feeding at least a part of the extracted medium which holds the extracted materials to a reaction part, and a step of analyzing the results of the detection of the extracted materials.
