A method, device and system for implementing assurance for the quality of transmission service, which mainly include that: in the flat networking architecture, the bearing service attribute is mapped to the wireless bearing service attribute and the access bearing service attribute respectively, and the access bearing service attribute is determined according to the business type, business processing priority and allocation/maintain priority in the bearing service attribute; so that the transmission service quality control is performed in the flat networking architecture according to the wireless bearing service attribute and the access bearing service attribute. The embodiment of the invention provides a service quality assurance mechanism for the flat networking architecture, thereby it’s able to manage the transmission resource effectively and provide the different service. Furthermore, the service provider’s income is maximized.
