A method for two-dimensionally displacement estimation of elastography comprises the steps of: for a first RF frame and a second RF frame of an ultrasonic image to be processed, making a two-dimensionally initial displacement estimation using a matching algorithm with robustness; adjusting the first RF frame image using the acquired two-dimensionally initial displacement estimation, such that compared with the original first frame, the relevancy between the adjusted first frame and the original second frame is higher; for the original second RF frame and the adjusted first RF frame, making a displacement estimation by way of a sub-pixel displacement estimation algorithm; making a synthesis processing for the acquired result of the two-dimensionally initial displacement estimation and the displacement estimation result acquired by the sub-pixel displacement estimation algorithm, obtaining a general two-dimensionally displacement estimation.
