The present invention relates to a device, a system, a method and computer readable code intended to stimulate cooperative behaviour amongst students by rewarding students who help their fellow students. The device, system and method of the present invention manage the different communication, interaction, etc. operations or processes. The present invention introduces in addition a computer readable and/or useable code on a computer readable and/or useable medium adapted to run the above-mentioned operations or processes.
