A medical X-ray CT imaging apparatus, a medical X-ray CT image display apparatus, and a display method thereof which perform CT-imaging of biological organs positioned symmetrically with respect to a predetermined plane and display the images.  The display method of a medical X-ray CT image displays the CT images obtained by X-ray CT imaging, using a cone beam B, of a first biological organ and a second biological organ positioned symmetrically with respect to the predetermined plane.  The CT image of the first biological organ and that of the second biological organ are displayed in contrast with each other on an identical display screen of a display means (88).
