The vehicle has protective plates provided at an outer side of a standard container (1), where reinforcement sections are arranged in planes transverse to a longitudinal axis of the container for separating side walls (1.3) into segments. A ladder is arranged at a back side of the container such that the ladder is lowered from a raised resting position into an operating position, where the lower end is laid directly over a raising plane of a vehicle. Seats aligned against driving direction are arranged and installed one after other in several rows.
