AUTOMATED RECIRCULATION SYSTEM FOR LARGE PARTICLE SIZE ANALYSIS

A sample circulator can provide the mixed solution in which minute particles and coarse particles are uniformly mixed to a particle size analyzer. Therefore, reliable and exact particle size analysis result can be obtained. A sample circulator of a wet system particle size analyzer comprises a supplied fluid tank(110), a supplied fluid pump(130), a circulating pump(150), a particle size analyzer(160), and a mixer(210). The supplied fluid pump supplies the liquid from the supplied fluid tank to the mixer. One side of the circulating pump is connected to an outlet(213) of the mixed solution mixed with particles in the mixer. The pipe connected to the other side of the circulating pump is branched and connected with a supplied fluid line(L30), a circulation line(L40), a first analysis line(L50) and a discharge line(L60). The supplied fluid line is connected to one side of a supply pump. The circulation line ejects the mixed solution to the mixer. The first analysis line is connected to one side of the particle size analyzer. The discharge line makes the mixed solution discharged from the sample circulator. Rotatable baffles(211, 212) are adhered to the mixer.
