STABLE COSMETIC COMPOSITION SHOWING A WHITE CLOUDY PHENOMENON

A cosmetic composition is provided to obtain a desired property by adding a triethanolamine and controlling a viscosity freely, to have an excellent stability and to control freely a visual effect. A cosmetic composition contains a higher fatty alcohol of 0.5 - 10 weight%, non-ionic surfactant of 0.1 - 10 weight% including a poly oxy ethylene, a moisturizer of 5 - 40 weight%, triethanolamine of 0.01 - 1 weight% and remaining water. The cosmetic composition is oil in water emulsion having a white cloudy phenomenon. The higher fatty alcohol is selected from a group consisting of cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, cetostearyl alcohol and behenyl alcohol.
