WEIGHT-MEASURING AND AUTO-DRAIN DEVICE FOR SLUDGE SETTLEMENT TANK

A system for sensing weight of a sludge formed in a lower portion of a sludge deposition tank and an automatic ejecting system thereof are provided to check weight of a sludge in a deposition tank through a load cell formed in an assistant deposition tank and move the sludge to a sludge thickener of the outside through a connected ejecting pipe, thereby facilitating connectivity and largely reducing personnel costs and maintenance costs. A load cell for sensing weight of a sludge in a deposition tank(10) and an assistant deposition tank(11) are formed. The assistant deposition tank is connected to a deposition tank and a discharge pipe, stores the sludge stacked in the deposition tank and senses weight of the load cell(14). And then the sludge is straightly moved to a sludge thickener by driving a pump(17).
