A shoe insole is provided to maintain agreeable feeling of the foot by discharging the air of the inner part of the shoe to the outside and removing the bad smell. A shoe insole in which the air circulates comprises: an upper film formed of the film fixing hole(1e); and a film hanging protrusion formed in the circumference of upper part of the film hanging protrusion(1c) and lower film. A top film fixing unit(1d) and a lower film fixing unit are coupled facing with each other. On the rear upper side of the film(1), a film intake cavity(1a) is formed. On the front top and bottom side of the film, the film discharge hole(1b) is formed.
