A manufacturing method of capsulated functional food of a new material of high function complex active particle of surface fusion using black soybean skin active particle and natural active particle is provided to solve by introduction of the surface fusion process the problem of the loss of the bean skin due to manufacture of conventional black bean powder with skinning black bean skin. A manufacturing method of capsulated functional food of a new material of high function complex active particle of surface fusion using black soybean skin active particle and natural active particle comprises the following steps of: a step preliminarily mixing and black soybean skin active particle which contains dietary fibroid material, Antocyanine and lipid and the natural active particle in the clean room manufacturing plant in which condition is the relative humidity 5%, temperature 22deg.C, Class 100,000; a step manufacturing the new material of high function complex active particle from the preliminarily mixed active particle by surface fusion; and a step manufacturing capsulated functional food of the new material of high function complex active particle as a product.
