A multifunction guard lamp capable of checking disabled lamp, preventing crime, and calling for aid including an alarm bell radio receiver is provided to deliver a signal to a criminal in a guard government office by monitoring space adjacent to a guard lamp on a real time. A multifunction guard lamp capable of checking disabled lamp, preventing crime, and calling for aid comprises the followings: a web server integrated CCD(Charge-Coupled Device) camera including a left/right rotation unit(25) and up/down rotation unit in a lamp(13); a microphone(49) converting a voice generated in a guard lamp into an analog electric signal; a codec(47) converting an output of the microphone into a digital voice signal, and outputting to the web server; and an alarm bell(55) radio receiver(51) transmitting a signal into the web server.
