A multi-layers structure of filtration membrane module guide is provided to reduce an operating cost, to laminate the filtration membrane module into top and bottom filtration membrane modules inside the submerged-type water-treatment apparatus stably and to minimize an install area by supplying air generated from a diffuser to the two filtration membrane modules. A multi-layers structure of filtration membrane module guide(90) for laminating the filtration membrane module in a submerged-type water-treatment apparatus forms an upper guide portion(20a) for laminating and binding other filtration membrane module(50a) into two shifts at an upper side of a filtration membrane module(50) inserted into a guide portion(20). Air through a diffuser is transferred successively to the top and bottom sides of the filtration membrane module.
