A composition for improving the skin state such as wrinkle, etc., and an antioxidizing composition are provided to remove the toxicity of the skin and the side effect and to improve the antioxidizing effect. A composition for improving the skin state contains an extract of Enteromorpha linza as an active ingredient. Preferably the content of the extract of Enteromorpha linza is 0.0001-10 wt% based on the total weight of the composition. An antioxidizing composition contains an extract of Enteromorpha linza as an active ingredient.
