摘要

A manufacturing method of friability material projectile and bomb for practice where filled friability material projectile is provided to cope with safety problem due to fracture flying in case of collision with a target while having trajectory very similar to the real projectile. A manufacturing method of friability material projectile and bomb for practice where filled friability material projectile comprises a step of mixing one or more powders selected among the powder which the nickel, copper, molybdenum, carbon with the tungsten or the iron-based; a step of molding a powder molded body into a pulverized compound mixed in the former process through a mold pressure molding or a cold isostatic press; a step for sintering the powder molded body in the sintering furnace which maintaining the temperature condition of 100 ~ 1500‹C and inactive or the reducing atmosphere; and a step of machining the sintered body passing through the sintered process into a size and a shape corresponding to be mounted inside a projectile body.
