A method of manufacture a geotextile used in civil engineering manufactured by warp and weft which are synthetic filament comprises steps of: coming up a first warp(1a) and a third warp(3a) on the first weft in the first weft(1b) direction and falling a second warp(2a) and a fourth warp(4a) below the first weft; coming up a third warp and a fourth warp on the second weft in the second weft(2b) direction and falling a first warp and a second warp below the second weft; coming up a first warp and a third warp on the third weft in the third weft direction and falling a second warp and a fourth warp below the third weft; and coming up a first warp and a second warp on the fourth weft in the fourth weft(4b) direction and falling a third warp and a fourth warp below the fourth weft.
