A fatigue testing device for an engine block is provided to evaluate the durability of the engine block by reproducing the direction of a fatigue load applied to the engine block in testing equipment. A slant jig(210) is formed with a slant mounting part in the center for fixing an engine block in the slant direction. A load transfer jig(230) is formed at an upper part of a bulk head part of the engine block by transferring a load to the bulk head part directly. A crank pin(240) is coupled with a side surface of the load transfer jig for coupling the load transfer jig with the bulk head part. An oil supply part(250) is connected to the crank pin via a supply line for supplying oil to the crank pin.
