THE BOBBIN AUTOMATIC SHIFT AND TAKE-UP SYSTEM OF THE TAKE-UP IT IS USED TO THE DRAWING MACHINE

An apparatus for automatically exchanging and winding a bobbin of a winding device for a wire drawing machine is provided to automatically exchange the bobbin and perform a wire winding process consecutively by using a bobbin transfer device and a bobbin rotation device. A bobbin(D) mounted on a bobbin transfer device(B) is moved to a bobbin rotation device(A). A crank is mounted on one side of the moved bobbin by moving a rotary cylinder of the bobbin rotation device forward. A wire supplied through a traverse(C) installed in one side of the bobbin rotation device while rotating the cylinder is wound around the bobbin. The bobbin with fully wound wires is moved to an original position. A vacant bobbin is mounted on the bobbin transfer device. The wire is repeatedly wound around the bobbin.
