A polyurethane-clay nanocomposite can be used as a resin for molding polyurethanes mold used in the steel, paper manufacture, semiconductor and solar battery industry and has 95 or greater of hardeness, elongation ratio of 560% or greater and high strength more than 600kgf/cm. A polyurethane-clay nanocomposite is manufactured by reacting a polyol including the clay of 0.5~5 weight% based on the whole polyurethanes-clay nanocomposite and a diisocyanate compound and has 95 or greater of hardeness, elongation ratio of 560% or greater and high strength more than 600kgf/cm. The polyol is a mixture mixed with a low-molecular-weight poly tetramethylene glycol (PTMG) of 250g/mol and PTMG of 1000g/mol in a molar ratio of 0.6:0.4. The molar ratio of the diisocyanate compound and polyol is 1:1.1.
