APPARATUS TO UPGRADE END BEARING CAPACITY OF PILE AND PILE CONSTRUCTION METHOD

A steel pipe construction method is provided to strengthen the steel pipe by enlarging the front tip cross-section of steel pipe and increasing the coherence between front tip of steel pipe and concrete. An apparatus to strengthen bearing capacity of steel pipe(1) front tip(100) comprises a rib(110) fixed to the front tip outer side of the steel pipe, a donut-like extention board(120) fixed to the bottom of rib(120), a shear fixing member fixed to front tip inside of the steel pipe, a steel member fixed and supported by the shear fixing member. The steel pipe construction method comprises following steps: a step for forming the excavated hole it digs out the ground screw is used; a step for forming the concrete layer it applies the concrete in the bottom of inside of the excavated hole; a step for reclaiming to the concrete layer the tip-end part it inserts into the excavated hole the steel pipe in which the tip-end part supporting force enlarging apparatus is fixed; a step for filling to filler the head-space of the concrete layer.
