A polymer hybrid composite film is proved to maintain a transmission performance and a selectivity of volatile organic compounds by dispersing uniformly a hardener, inorganic particles and a silane coupling agent to a polysiloxane polymer, cross-linking it after it coating on supporter and improving a coherence of the polymer hybrid composite film and a coherence a composite film and a supporter, and to improve durability. A hybrid composite film is manufactured by dispersing and cross-linking a siloxane-based hardener(b) of 1 ~ 20 parts by weight, one or more mixing inorganic particles(c) of 0.005 ~ 50 parts by weight selected from a group consisting of silica, zeolite and alumina and a silane coupling agent(d) of 0.005 ~ 5 parts by weight selected from an alkoxysilane compound based on polysiloxane system polymer(a) of 100 parts by weight. The supporter and the hybrid composite film is cross-linked by the silane coupling agent(d).
