A NEW TCP CONGESTION CONTROL SCHEME USING PACKET COMPUTER INFORMATION

A new TCP congestion control method using packet loss information in wireless network is provided to improve the capacity of TCP transmission protocol by using an algorithm(CTCC) for reducing the number of congestion windows and recognizing the damage about data. A packet is transmitted from a transmission side to a receiving side. A response about the transmitted packet is received(S210). It determines whether to include a transmission control protocol option and which kind of transmission control protocol in the response is included(S230). The size of the congestion window is renewed if the transmission control protocol is not included in response(S260). The congestion window size is renewed if the no congestion transmission control protocol option is included(S240).
