A cogeneration system for greenhouse agriculture is provided to maintain the proper temperature for the growth of crops by using the heat wasted from a factory, and to reduce the maintenance cost of a greenhouse and the transportation cost of waste heat. A cogeneration system for greenhouse agriculture comprises: a heat exchanger(2) composed of a liquid heat medium, which is installed in a high-temperature area(HA) of a chimney(1) of a heat-using factory(M); and a heat exchanger(3) composed of a gaseous heat medium, which is installed in a medium-temperature area(MA) of the chimney. The heat exchanger(2) is connected to a heat storage tank through a hot water pipeline(2d) with a pump(2p). A hot water supply pipeline(4a) and a reflux pipeline(4b) are arranged in the heat storage tank and greenhouse areas(GH). A hot-air duct(3d) connected to the heat exchanger(3) is connected to a ventilation fan(7) of each greenhouse area. Cogeneration for a greenhouse is performed by the steps of adjacently arranging a greenhouse(primary industry that demands a great quantity of heat) and a factory(secondary industry that uses a great quantity of heat); recovering waste heat emitted from the factory by a heat recovery device composed of a gaseous or liquid heat medium; and supplying the waste heat to the greenhouse by a waste-heat supply device.
