A removal method of a lead ion of waste water using phosphate system glass is provided to be manufactured simply and to remove fast a lead ion in waste water by segregating rapidly a phosphate crystal including the lead ion by reacting with the waste water including the lead ion. A phosphate system glass comprises one or more selected from a group consisting of K2O 0.1~15 mol%, B2O3 0.1~13 mol%, MgO 0.1~2 mol% and Al2O3 0.1~1 mol%, SiO2 38~50 mol%, P2O5 1~6 mol%, Na2O 10~25 mol% and CaO 0.1~30 mol%. A removal method of a lead ion of an waste water using phosphate system glass comprises steps of: (A) controlling the waste water including lead ion to 2~4 pH; (B) and putting the phosphate system glass into the waste water of which pH is controlled in the step A, reacting it and segregating a phosphate crystal including the lead ion.
