Underground aqueduct with reducing well on confined aquifer for settlement prevention

An underground aqueduct for reducing pressure in a confined aquifer for settlement prevention provided to prevent an aquiclude from breaking or deforming. An underground aqueduct(20) for reducing pressure in a confined aquifer(10) for settlement prevention is buried under an upper ground(13) at downstream of a weak area(12) formed on an aquiclude(11). Two ends of the underground aqueduct having closed sections are closed. A plurality of pressure reducing wells(21) is built under the underground aqueduct, and reaches the confined aquifer. A manhole is built over the underground aqueduct.
