A magnetically insulated line oscillator with rapidly stabilized microwave oscillation is provided to prevent the sudden change of the electron beam speed according to the phase velocity change by reducing the phase speed difference of electromagnetic modes. A magnetically insulated line oscillator comprises the cavity and the tube. The tube is formed from the source input shift to the microwave output shift. The cathode and the anode are formed apart from the each other. At least 7 cavities(130) are formed into the slow wave structure on the cathode. The cavity formed into the slow wave structure is formed near to the microwave output shift. Two cavities are formed around the source input shift. The cavities of 2 are the RF choke to prevent the microwave generated form the slow wave structure from being flown backward to the source input shift.
