An apparatus and a method for providing a URL(Uniform Resource Locator), a mobile terminal for connection the Internet through the provided specific URL and an Internet connection method are provided to simplify the Internet connection procedures toward the specific URL and to minimize a burden of the additional cost. An RF(Radio Frequency)-ID(IDentification) reader(130) reads and outputs the RF-ID tag value corresponding to the ID information of a mobile terminal from an RF-ID tag attached to the mobile terminal. A site local server(120) transmits the RF-ID tag value received from the RF-ID reader to a company server(110) for keeping the IP(Internet Protocol) of the mobile terminal, receives the IP corresponding to the RF-ID tag value from the company server and offers the URL to the mobile terminal corresponding to the IP. The RF-ID reader transmits the identifier of the RF-ID reader when transmitting the RF-ID tag value. The site local server offers the URL corresponding to the ID of the RF-ID reader. The URL is a set value when setting the site local server and is differently set according to the ID.
