A phase separator jig (100) for superconducting cables comprises cable holding sections (10) for holding each core (80) of a multicore superconducting cable (2) in a predetermined permissible bent state, and connecting sections (20, 30) for holding the cable holding section for each core at a predetermined spacing. Opening up the spacing between the cores and maintaining the permissible bent state by the holding sections at that time makes it possible to obtain a phase separator structure that controls deformation of cables and prevents abnormal deformation even of superconducting cables.
