An apparatus for purifying ecology garden tree is provided to be capable of backwashing, to maintain continuously a purifying efficiency, to have a low block possibility and to purify secondly ecology garden tree in which contaminants is excluded using active ions. An apparatus for purifying ecology garden tree contains an inlet tube(16) inflowing the ecology garden tree through an ecology garden tree inducing path(10), a cyclone device(20) dividing contaminants of particles of which a specific gravity included in the ecology garden tree are large, a contaminant segregation(30) in which a thump(32) for collecting the contaminants is formed, a porous film member(40) for filtering the ecology garden tree in which contaminant is separated to other space by a percolation capacity, a filter tub in which filter media are filled, an activated charcoal active ion reaction bath(60) of which a purifying efficiency is improved by active ions and an active ion generator which produces the active ions and transfers to an activated charcoal and active ion reaction bath(70).
