METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MEASUREMENT OF PRESSURE OF LANK STORAGE TANK AT LANK STORAGE TERMINAL

A safety valve control method, a safety valve, an LNG storage tank with the safety valve, and an LNG carrier with the LNG storage tank are provided to use BOG(Boil-Off Gas) to operate an engine and a boiler for reducing BOG waste. A safety valve control method includes the steps of: fixing a lower pressure such as 0.25 bar than usual at an LNG storage tank during loading LNG on the LNG carrier. A safety valve is installed on an upper part of the LNG storage tank; and setting a higher pressure such as 0.7 bar at the LNG storage tank for reducing waste of BOG if the BOG generated during travelling is used for a boiler or an engine so that an amount of LNG is reduced.
