EPOXY-MODIFIED POLYUREA FOR REPAIRING A CONCRETE STRUCTURES AND METHOD FOR REPAIRING THE CONCRETE STRUCTURES USING THE SANE

A method of maintaining cross sections of concrete structure is provided to show remarkable crack removing property to movement of the concrete structure by repairing the degraded concrete region using an epoxy degeneration polyurea repair material and to have durability and a watertight. A method of maintaining cross sections of concrete structure using an epoxy degeneration polyurea repair material comprises steps of: polishing protruded parts or worn away parts of the surfaces of the concrete structure using a grinder ; adding and kneading a resin 5~15 weight% consisting of isocyanate compound 15~20 weight%, isocyanate prepolymer 60~75 weight%, epoxy resin 5~10 weight% and glycidyl ether 5~12 weight% into a mixture of amine compound 5~15 weight%, calcium carbonate powder 10~20 weight% and silica powder 50~65 weight%; manufacturing an epoxy degeneration polyurea repair material by mixing the kneaded mixture and cement 1~10 weight%; and molding it by coating the repair material on the concrete surface.
