POWDER OF ROAST GRAIN CONTAINING CHESTNUT POWDER AND METHOD OF PREPARING THE SAME

A method for preparing misutgaru (powder of roasted rice, grain, etc.) containing a chestnut powder is provided to maintain the specific taste and perfume of chestnut and to remove the dyspepsia problem of misutgaru. A method for preparing misutgaru containing a chestnut powder comprises the steps of heating chestnut in a pressure cooker with a pressure of 8-9 kgf/cm^2 to boil the chestnut, lowering the pressure to 3 kgf/cm^2 slowly, lowing the pressure to atmospheric pressure rapidly to expand the volume of the chestnut, and drying and pulverizing the chestnut to make a chestnut powder; roasting the sprouted barley and pulverizing it to make a barley powder; and popping at least one grain selected from unpolished rice, corn, glutinous rice, black rice, etc. in a pot and pulverizing it.
