Automatic web image annotation method based on a decision rule includes the step that automatic marking rule is generated by using train data (S10), regular (S20) by using the automatic marking of generation, and a step of automatically annotating images is collected from a net. Train data is generated by the extracting attribute of the relationship between the arbitrary image and arbitrary word from multiple web documents, in order to generate automatic marking rule.
