A method and a system for preventing copy and paste of homework, and a user terminal and recording medium therefor are provided to increase the study effect of users by preventing copy and paste work by outputting reference for various web servers and copy-and-paste contents along with the homework result of the user. A method for preventing copy and paste of homework includes the steps of receiving homework data relating to education contents from an on-line study service providing server(S320), checking whether copy and paste of contents is carried out or not in connection with the contents service providing server(S330), generating reference information on the contents providing server and storing the reference information with the copied contents by matching(S350), generating and outputting homework result data including the reference information matched with the copied contents(S360,S370).
