A recycling method of waste magcarbon(Mg-C) refractories is provided, and a method for preparing magnesium high purity phosphate compounds from waste magcarbon(Mg-C) refractories which are mainly disposed by reclamation is provided. A method for preparing magnesium a phosphate compound from waste magcarbon(Mg-C) refractories comprises the steps of: (a) pulverizing the waste magcarbon(Mg-C) refractories; (b) reacting the pulverized waste magcarbon(Mg-C) refractories with a strong acid and filtering a product to separate a filtrate; and (c) producing magnesium phosphate by reacting the filtrate with phosphate while stirring the filtrate. The acid includes hydrochloric acid. The phosphate is ammonium phosphate. A pH of the step(c) is controlled to 7 or higher by ammonium hydroxide.
