A method and a system for variable-node finite-element modeling for application to non-matching meshes are provided to increase the accuracy of solution when a problem related to non-matching meshes occurs. Pints added at the boundary of non-matching meshes is checked(S900), and the boundary of the non-matching meshes is divided into partial boundaries(S910). Non-matching elements are divided into partial regions on the basis of the partial boundary(S920), and a node shape function which has an effect on each divided partial region is formed(S930). Numerical integration by each partial region is carried out(S940).
