A concrete structure using a fiber sheet strip stirrup and the construction method, and a reinforcement method of a stirrup corner are provided to have high shear strength and to manufacture economically and easily by using a fiber sheet strip stirrup, and to improve the shear strength of a concrete structure by reinforcing the corner of a stirrup. A concrete structure using a fiber sheet strip stirrup includes a support body(10) formed lengthways in one direction and made of concrete, a plurality of reinforcement members formed lengthways in the longitudinal direction of the support body and installed to the inside of the support body, and a fiber sheet strip stirrup(30) composed of a strip-shaped fiber sheet to cover a plurality of the reinforcement members and coupled to the reinforcement members.
