The system for assay of glycosylated hemoglobin is provided to simply and efficiently quantify the glycosylated hemoglobin in blood, thereby diagnosing diabetes mellitus at an early stage and preventing the diabetic combination. The integrated quantification detection system comprises a lateral flow assay strip(100), a laser-induced epifluorescence detecting apparatus which detects the surface fluorescence signal in the captor-fixing location on the strip, and a LED(light emitting device)-detecting apparatus which detects the endopigments in the analyte, and measures the antigens detected by the antigen-antibody reaction and the pigments detected by pigment in the analyte simultaneously.
