A system, and a method for surveying a bridge scour in real-time with a commercial network and a wireless terminal are provided to increase efficiency of a bridge scour maintenance system by minimizing loss or time passage of survey data through synchronization between a server and a client. A wireless terminal downloads bridge scour survey information from an external device through remote connection, stores the bridge scour survey data in a file, and transmits data in real-time. A database server stores the bridge scour survey data received from the wireless terminal and communicates with the wireless terminal and a network terminal by using a commercial network and the remote connection. The network terminal inputs an analysis result to the database server by comparing the bridge scour survey data stored in the database server with the previously stored bridge scour survey data.
