摘要

A method of fluorometric determination of photoautotrophic organisms photosynthesis parameters, a device and a measuring chamber for embodying the method are provided to obtain data for short-term prediction of dynamic mechanics of phytoplankton in phytocoenoses. A method of fluorometric determination of photoautotrophic organisms photosynthesis parameters comprises a step of exposing a sample of analysis medium to excitation light, and a step of additionally evaluating the fluorescence intensity determining the photosynthesis parameter of an object. A device for embodying the method comprises a measuring chamber, one or more light sources which are optically connected with the measuring chamber, a control block which is connected with a computer, a current stabilizer whose output part is connected with the electric port of the light source and port is connected with the control block, and a natural irradiation sensor which is connected with the current stabilizer though the control block.
