A seal structure, an electronic apparatus, a portable apparatus and a sealing method are provided to pass a signal wire or a circuit part through a sealing part between housing parts by using concave stepped height formed in one among housing parts welded to each other and a first and a second sealants. A seal structure comprises concave stepped height(32), a first sealant and a second sealant. The concave stepped height is formed in one among junction parts of a first housing part and a second housing part. The first sealant covers the concave stepped height. The second sealant covers the signal wire arranged within the concave part of the concave stepped height. The second sealant is arranged between the first housing part and the second housing part. The first and the second sealant are made of flexible material blocking the moisture or the air. The thickness of the first sealant is greater than the concave stepped height.
