A bidet is provided to use hot water even if a boiler is out of order and to make a toilet seat heated. A bidet comprises a temperature control valve controlled by a temperature control lever(131a), an opening and shutting valve opening and shutting a flow passage with the manipulation of an opening and shutting lever(132a), a water tank(140) making the mixed water passing through the opening and shutting valve flow in an inflow pipe, and then discharge to an outflow pipe to be connected to the discharge side of the opening and shutting valve, a three-way valve spraying mixed water to a bidet nozzle(134), a cleaning nozzle(135) and a washing nozzle(136) selectively, an operation panel(150) installed to an operation unit of a case, a hot water temperature sensor(151) detecting the temperature of hot water, a toilet seat temperature sensor(152) detecting the temperature of the toilet seat, a control unit(153) receiving electric signals from an operation unit, the hot water temperature sensor and the toilet seat temperature sensor and outputting into control signals, a hot water heater driving unit controlling the temperature of a hot water heater at the constant temperature, and a toilet seat heater driving unit controlling the temperature of a toilet seat heater(157) at the constant temperature.
