APPARATUS FOR MEASURING SOIL DISTURBANCE IN SOIL SAMPLER BY USING SHEAR WAVE AND METHOD OF MEASURING THE SAME

An apparatus and a method for measuring soil disturbance in a soil sampler by using shear wave are provided to grasp change characteristic of the disturbance state and to classify the layer sequence through shear wave velocity measurement according to location. An apparatus for measuring soil disturbance in a soil sampler by using shear wave comprises a soil sampler(20) which includes a tube(10) which is vertically inserted to the ground of a sampling region, transmitting transducers(16) arranged in the longitudinal direction of the tube, and receiving transducers(18) positioned opposite to the transmitting transducers about the central axis of the tube, a signal generator(30) applying electric signal to the transmitting transducers, and an oscilloscope(34) connected to the signal generator and a signal processing unit(32) for monitoring the shearing rigidity and disturbance of a soil sample.
