An apparatus and method of measuring concrete unit quantity are provided to improve portability and field measurement property by reducing the size of the measurement apparatus and perform a measurement operation at the same time when concrete is agitated to produce correct measurement results. A concrete unit quantity measurement apparatus(100) includes a container(10) containing measurement water, a holder(20) combined with the container, an agitator(30) combined with the holder to agitate the measurement water and calculate a salinity value, an electrode(40) inserted into a lower space(26) of the holder and fixed thereto, and a display(50) displaying a unit quantity using the calculated salinity value.
